Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://thejollydeco.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. The Jolly Deco reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.

Service Description. This Site describes Christmas Light Installation, Christmas Light Removal, Holiday Lighting Design, Roofline Lighting Installation, Outdoor Lighting Installation provided by The Jolly Deco. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by The Jolly Deco or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Jolly Deco makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Cap on Damages. Liability of The Jolly Deco arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify The Jolly Deco against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of GA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in GA.

Updates. The Jolly Deco reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
